Milkweed Aphid
Yellowish aphids can be common on milkweed and related plants. These are commonly known as the “milkweed aphid” or “oleander aphid” (Aphis nerii). They can be wiped off with a damp, soapy paper towel or sprayed with insecticidal soap if needed.
