Zebra Caterpillar
Zebra Caterpillar
Thank goodness they feed more on weeds than on garden plants. The moth is from the cutworm family and the female lays all of her eggs in one batch. The brightly colored larvae feed as a group when young. They are easily destroyed by hand when they are congregated. They can feed on cabbage, corn, carrots, peas and dandelions.
